Most of the sessions contain 6 drills, of which two are warm-up drills. This should complete a session allowing you to focus on the skill involved. Should you wish to pad the session, pick a drill that matches the subject from the drills section, or play games.
The drills do not include general warm-up (running, stretching, etc) and do not include the warm-down. There has been recent articles stating that these are not necessary, but while the body may be capable of going straight into sport, the recovery afterwards can take longer and as such I would endorse including both warm up and down in your sessions.
As a disclaimer, these sessions are designed to assist those who coach social and local volleyball clubs, not teams that play at national level.
